SYZYGY Concept Art and Storyboard

Taking place in an urban fantasy world reminiscent of Dungeons & Dungeons, Indy is a forensic pathologist. Specializing in the autopsies of non-human creatures, Indy works to analyze and determine the cause-of-death for suspicious and potentially criminal cases. Despite his morbid career, his life is unexpectedly normal. That is until he is recruited onto a covert team investigating a mysterious string of homicides. Not only do they suspect one assassin hired by a shady, third-party organization to be behind these killings, they have a hunch that the assassin to be a creature far more dangerous than anything Indy has ever investigated: a vampyre. However, as the team work to identify the assassin, little do they know that the assassin has taken an keen interest in them as well, with Indy specifically becoming the subject of their curiosity. Through character sheets and a partial storyboard, Indy and the assassin’s fateful and unexpected first meeting is depicted, an encounter that will surely change both of their lives in perpetuity.
